I forget who said it, but someone did– “Great cooks aren’t born, they’re made.” And I don’t know about you, but I don’t have the big bucks to shell out on fancy cooking school classes (but I wouldn’t be oppossed to recieving a gift certificate for one or something– hint, hint).
